Sehr geehrte Frau Alina,
ich schreibe Ihnen weil ich meine Arbeitszeit reduzieren und in Zukunft nur noch 30 Stunden pro Woche arbeiten möchte. Der Grund ist, dass ich ein Masterstudium angefangen habe um mich weiterzubilden. Dafür brauche ich leider viel Zeit
Natürlich verstehe ich, dass es in unserer Abteilung viel zu tun gibt und die Arbeit erledigt werden muss. Daher habe ich einen Vorschlag: Meine Kollegin Frau Müller würde mehr arbeiten. Momentan arbeitet sie 20 Stunden pro Woche. Und Sie würden gern die 10 Stunden von mir übernehmen.
Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn mein Vorschlag einen Verstand Von Ihnen gefunden hat. Wenn ich mein Master in Zwei Jahren erfolgreich abgeschlossen habe, kann ich auch die Firma helfreich Mitglieder sein
